Chief technology&innovatioin officer James Becker from Channel Porducts

Hello! I am the chief technology&innovation officer for Channel products. We enjoy a long history with BW going back to 2004 when we first entered the China market and researched for partnership with manufacturers in the Asia Pacific. A mutual friend introduced us to BW and it has been critical to our growth ever since.

It's not uncommon for a US base company to look for a high volume production purpose in China. Partnership that can improve cost position and maintain good delivery and quality. Initially that’s exactly what we were looking for. A technology company that can handle volume, to support our business, to grow with us and support us effortless. What we found was much more a manufacturer partner. BW is a high tech organization, is deeply rooted in the best practice research in development, innovation and manufacturing.

They are not typical a group of people. They understand consumers' experience and continue striving to improve our products, quality, functionality and purpose. They are not only able to work directly with our completed design but they're also able to complete full projects on time and within budget starting only with an idea sketched on the napkin. Our collective brainstorming section is a major step in project development cycle, able to yield consumer products that are even now sold millions a time every year. I can’t said enough about their R&D capacity. In fact, I feel more like they are just a part of my group!
